Education:

Received a bachelor's degree in law from Baku State University in 1998.

Received a master's degree in criminal law and criminal procedure law (honors diploma) from Baku State University in 2000.

Work experience:

-  2001 -2005 lecturer at the Azerbaijan International University / Criminal Law;

-  2003 – 2006 lawyer at the “Committee on Lawyers for Human Rights” Public Union;

-  2006 – 2009 lawyer at ABA CEELI (American Bar Association Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative,  Legal Aid Center;

- 2011 – 2015 – lawyer at Practical Solutions Group Consulting;

- 2015 – 2017 lawyer at PSG Law LLC;

- 2017 – 2018 lawyer at "Azerconnect" LLC;

- 2018-2021 Of councel in PSG Law LLC.

- Since 2021 director of PSG LAW LLC.

She has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2009.

She has also acted as a legal expert in several projects and as a trainer / expert in training for lawyers (judges, attorneys, court staff, etc.).

She has participated in numerous scientific and practical seminars and trainings, participated in several international events and conferences.

She is the author of several brochures and scientific articles.
